Custom Order & Satisfaction Policy
Refund & Exchange Policy
At Cyndiz Creationz, every item is custom-made with care, and your satisfaction is our priority. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order and is applied toward the total cost of your custom order and covers the time spent creating your personalized design and preparing your project. Before any work begins, you will receive a digital design proof for approval. Custom projects will not begin until written approval is received. Each order includes up to two design revisions before final approval.
For Hand-painted clothing, customers are responsible for providing the garment to be customized. Because all items are personalized, we do not accept returns on custom orders. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We are committed to making it right and will work with you to resolve the issue, including offering a repair or replacement when appropriate. If a resolution cannot be reached and a refund is approved, the value of the customer-supplied garment will be reimbursed up to $50 along with any applicable refund determined at our discretion. Shipping charges and the non-refundable deposit are not refundable.
Since we create one-of-a-kind custom items, here are a few additional policies:
- Customer-Supplied Items: While every effort is made to protect your item, Cyndiz Creationz is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing wear, manufacturer defects, or issues with customer-provided garments.
- Paint & Care Disclaimer: Hand-painted items are wearable works of art. Proper care instructions must be followed to help preserve the design. Normal wear over time is expected.
- Color Variations: Please note that colors may appear slightly different in person due to screen and monitor settings.
- Abandoned Orders: Orders not approved within 30 days of the design proof being sent may be canceled. The deposit will not be refunded.
- Production Timeline: Production begins only after the deposit has been received and the final design has been approved in writing.
- Order Changes: Once the final design has been approved and production has started, additional changes cannot be made.
- Shipping: Once an order has been shipped, Cyndiz Creationz is not responsible for delays, lost, or damaged packages caused by the shipping carrier. Customers should contact the carrier directly to file a claim if needed.
- Right to Decline: Cyndiz Creationz reserves the right to decline any design request that contains copyrighted, offensive, or inappropriate content.
